The AstraZeneca Patient Support website allows online enrollment of eligible patients into the WAINUA Savings Program. Healthcare providers can enroll their patients at www.azpatientsupport.com.
The healthcare provider or patient can enroll the eligible patient into the WAINUA Savings Program online through the AstraZeneca Patient Support website or by calling an Access 360 representative. Once enrolled, the patient will pay a set amount of out-of-pocket costs for WAINUA, while the program will cover the remaining balance.
Eligible patients may pay as little as $0 per month, and the program pays any remaining out-of-pocket costs.
The WAINUA Savings Program covers the cost of the drug but does not cover costs for office visits or any other associated costs.

The WAINUA Savings Program is for commercially insured patients to cover patient out-of-pocket costs for WAINUA™ (eplontersen). Patients’ health plan must cover WAINUA to be eligible. Subject to eligibility and terms of use.
Patients must have commercial health insurance, a valid prescription for WAINUA and be enrolled in the Program. Copay support is not valid for patients who are enrolled in state- or federally funded insurance programs, including but not limited to, Medicare, Medicaid, Medigap, Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Defense (DoD) programs or TRICARE, even if they elect to be processed as an uninsured (cash-paying) patient and patients who are Medicare eligible and enrolled in an employer-sponsored group waiver health plan or government-subsidized prescription drug benefit program for retirees. This offer is not insurance and is restricted to residents of the United States and Puerto Rico.
