Learn MoreA Co-pay Savings Program account will be created for the eligible patient. This can be done by the pharmacy/practice or by calling an Access 360 representative. Once enrolled, the patient will continue to pay a set amount of his or her out-of-pocket costs for IMFINZI and/or IMJUDO. The pharmacy/practice will use the Co-pay Savings Program to cover the balance, up to the program maximum.
The patient pays $0 per infusion each for IMFINZI and/or IMJUDO, program pays remaining out-of-pocket costs up to a maximum of $26,000 per year, per drug. The out-of-pocket costs covered by the program can include the cost of the product itself and/or the cost of the infusion of the product (program maximum of $100 per infusion, per drug). Patients who are residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island are not eligible for infusion assistance.
The IMFINZI and IMJUDO Co-pay Savings Programs cover the cost of the drug(s) and administration but do not cover costs for office visits or any other associated costs.
